I am a Life Transformation Coach and Founder of Unstuck Yourself™️. My passion is helping you break free from survival mode, so you can thrive in every part of your life. I am the author of You Healthier Now, Small Steps to Big Changes in Your Health and Wellness and Unstuck Yourself and love helping my clients discover a lifestyle that lights them up.


I retired from the United States Air Force in 2014. During my time in the military, I served in active duty and was a professor of Spanish, French and Chinese as a professor at the Air Force Academy. My passion for personal transformation also led me to serve as a high performance coach on the Tony Robbins team.


But my greatest accomplishment is living a life of joy and adventure. I now travel the country in my RV, coaching inspiring clients around the world, and squeezing the juice out of life each and every day.
